  • Particularly your property will be given presence through our various agencies across the Western Cape as well as through the internet.
  • Depending on the quality of the property or its target market, we will select relevant local, regional or national media that will increase the number of buyers who would be viewing your property.
  • We manage show-houses with a high level of professional service, gathering data of visits and sharing that back with you. All potential leads are followed through in a timely manner.
  • We regularly email and send full details of properties to our 35,000 strong database.
  • We negotiate all offers received and help respective parties throughout the sale all the way through to completion.
